In 1850, a baker named Monsieur LeFevre married Mademoiselle Utile in the French seaside town of Nantes. Together, they began baking exquisite cookies, which they proudly imprinted with their initials "LU". Their passion for fine ingredients and distinctive, original biscuits inspires every LU biscuit we bake today.
